As stated in the introduction, this site is about awareness of the effects of harmful stress. It is not a training course as stress management training requires personal one-on-one
or group responses and intense interaction. This site should not be used as a substitute for seeking medical attention or professional counseling.
Awareness is simply a start of taking a look at yourself and moving toward self-improvement. Although healing is an aspect, it is in addition to medical attention/counseling. If you have health or
